HST GENOMICS (Shenzhen HealthSwift Tech Co., Ltd.) provides bioinformatics analysis and gene sequencing services to research institutes, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. We serve researchers across China and, for data analysis, clients worldwide; sample-to-report sequencing projects accept samples shipped within mainland China. Bioinformatics analysis is our core business: clients send existing sequencing data or samples, and we carry out the analysis. Every project is reviewed item by item by a senior bioinformatics expert before delivery; deliverables include the analysis report, figures, result tables and reproducible analysis code.
Sequencing is carried out in our laboratory and at partner sequencing platforms, covering genomics, transcriptomics, single-cell and spatial omics, proteomics and metabolomics. The company also develops pathogen-detection products and technologies; it began in 2017 with a medical testing laboratory, as outlined below.

Established the HST GENOMICS business in Longgang District, Shenzhen, as a key project introduced by the Longgang District government; set up a joint research and technology-transfer centre with The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
Signed a strategic investment and cooperation framework agreement with the Longgang District government; selected among the top nine companies of the Illumina–Sequoia China Intelligent Medical Genomics Incubator.
Launched the HST® host nucleic acid depletion kit. First place, biomedicine (growth stage) category, 10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
Focused on sample preparation bottlenecks, developing methods for efficient host nucleic acid depletion and target enrichment.
Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise; took part in community projects with the Alxa SEE Foundation and the Green Bud Foundation.
Collaborated with China Life, Ping An and the ZGC Biobank; obtained several patents and software copyrights in molecular diagnostics.
Guangzhou Health Gene Tech Co., Ltd. was founded on Guangzhou International Bio Island as a key Guangzhou–Taiwan cooperation project, jointly building a medical testing laboratory.
