Your email address, email language, chosen topics, subscription status (pending, active or unsubscribed), the times you subscribed and confirmed, and a record of which issues have been sent to you (to avoid duplicates). We do not keep your name, organisation or browsing history, and our emails contain no tracking pixels.
Only to send the confirmation email, links to manage your subscription, and the weekly for the topics you chose. It is not used for other marketing and is not sold or shared with other organisations.
Emails are delivered through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail, which processes your address only to deliver them. When a new subscription is confirmed, our team receives an internal notification with the address masked (for example a***@example.com) plus the language, topics and total number of subscribers.
Unconfirmed requests are deleted automatically after 72 hours; unsubscribed addresses are deleted 30 days after you unsubscribe (you can resubscribe on the manage page until then); “Delete my data” on the manage page deletes everything at once, including the send record.
Every issue includes links to manage your subscription or unsubscribe, so you can change topics or language, unsubscribe or delete your data at any time. You can also email contact@healthswiftech.com to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.
