Each bar summarises one category (and series): the mean by default, or the value itself when a category has a single row.
Error bars can show the standard deviation (spread of the data), the standard error (uncertainty of the mean) or the 95% confidence interval (mean ± t × SE); state which one in your legend.
“Overlay individual points” shows every observation, which is more honest than mean and error bar alone, especially for small samples.
Stacked and 100% stacked layouts show composition; a log axis suits values spanning several orders of magnitude. The downloadable table lists n, mean, SD, SE, median and error limits for every bar.
SD and SE use the sample standard deviation (n − 1); the 95% confidence interval is mean ± t(0.975, n − 1) × SE.
