General plots / Bubble chart

Each bubble is one row: horizontal and vertical position, bubble size and colour encode four measures. Bubble area is proportional to the value (radius to its square root), so large values are not exaggerated.
For measures spanning orders of magnitude, such as P values, choose the −log10 transform (higher = more significant); tick log10 scaling for a widely ranging size column.
By default the 10 highest points are labelled; you can label only the names you list instead.
Larger bubbles are drawn underneath smaller ones; reduce the maximum radius or opacity if they overlap.
Correlations are Pearson r and Spearman ρ (as scipy.stats), computed on the transformed axes; point radius is proportional to the square root of the size value (area proportional to the value).
Up to 20,000 points; groups beyond the 16th are grey.
