Table utilities / Sort and count unique

Choose up to three key columns, each with its own ascending or descending order, compared as numbers, text or in natural order (chr2 before chr10). With “Auto”, a column is compared as numbers when at least 80% of its non-empty values are numeric.
“Sort only” keeps every row. Sorting is stable, so rows with equal keys keep their original order; in numeric comparisons NA and blank values always go last.
“De-duplicate” keeps the first row of each key combination and then sorts by the keys. “Count unique values” gives how often each key combination occurs, with its percentage, like sort | uniq -c on the command line, and draws a bar chart of the top N.
Case and surrounding spaces can be ignored when de-duplicating or counting.
Stable multi-key sorting; de-duplication keeps the first occurrence; counting aggregates by key combination, matching data-frame drop_duplicates / groupby-size semantics.
Up to 500,000 rows.
