Sets & relationships / UpSet plot

Each column of the lower matrix is a combination of sets (filled dots = included); the bar above it counts items that belong to exactly those sets (exclusive count), and the bars on the left give the size of each set.
Unlike a Venn diagram, an UpSet plot stays readable with many sets (four or more), and intersection sizes can be compared directly as bar lengths.
The intersection table gives both exclusive counts and inclusive counts (items belonging to at least those sets), plus the items of every intersection.
Only the leading intersections are drawn; adjust “Max intersections shown” and “Minimum intersection size”. The table always lists every intersection.
